Friday, June 23, 2017 - Still very young, I'd give it a few more years. Beautiful wine that took a while to warm up - a good couple of hours decanting to overcome initial acidity. Once it did, amazing. Paired well with eye fillet, roast cauliflower and roasted garlic. Will be a ten out of ten once it's aged correctly.
