Thursday, June 22, 2017 - (Disgorged in 2008, base year 2002, 55% Pinot noir & 45% Chardonnay) Lovely yellow colour with a stream of bubbles. Maturing nose showing butter, nuts and sulphur. Creamy and smooth palate with distinct and long finish of mature red apples that lasts forever. This has evolved very nicely with almost ten years of extra cellaring and gives a lovely biscuit taste and feeling in the mouth that makes you want more! Best with 3-9 years of extra cellaring.
