Monday, June 26, 2017 - Aaaaaand Mendocino county is the gift that keeps on giving. The folks at signal ridge keep splitting arrows in the bullseye with crazy good wines at crazy good prices. This Anderson Valley Chard has great crisp citrus and apple fruit all the way through from start to finish with a good balance of mouth watering acidity pucker without the butter! Not steely or mineral, not a glass of buttered popcorn, just that sweet spot in the middle giving it universal appeal.
