Thursday, July 6, 2017 - Stewed plum, overripe blackberry, blueberry pie, roasted game, cooked sugar beets, smoked rosemary, pen ink, black licorice, eucalyptus, crushed wet rock, violets, and almost no pepper. Big juice. Med+ to hi intensity on the nose. On the off-dry side with fine grained med+ tannins, and slightly hot alcohol. 14.5% abv. This should stick around for 10 more years of development. Good, typical terroir of S. Aussie Shiraz
