Thursday, July 13, 2017 - Rich gold on the eye with light copper tones. Med intensity on the nose, baked green apple, almost apple pie or jolly rancher, bruised pear, honeyed peach, honeysuckle, white lilacs, brown sugar, slate. Off-dry to almost med-sweet. 7.5% abv. A sailing beauty right now.
