Served Magnum Bottle well-chilled about 7c/45f, 12.0% abv, with hors d'oeuvre for a celebratory occasion. Nice pale straw colors & tiny bubbles. Champagne nose, with taste of citrus, lemon, and floral notes on the palate. Crisp, refreshing, well-balanced with just the right amount of acid. Magnum size was a hit with everyone.
