Monday, July 31, 2017 - I'm a big fan of this Sauternes. Just the right amount of sweetness for me -- a light dessert wine. Beautiful complexity, starting with a core of sweet mango and expanding into honey, saffron, candied ginger, and orange zest. It seems impossible not to like this. It's not particularly powerful, but it's elegant and delicious. A real steal.
