Sunday, August 6, 2017 - Evolved a lot since I had it last year in Arbois but still very young and needs to be decanted. On the nose lemon and sweet flowering, on the palate high acidity, a bit hazelnut, rich and creamy, good length, great. In case it is too rich for you, then try the basic Chardonnay from this winery.

Was already delicious with fish, though it is better to wait one more year or longer.
