Tuesday, September 12, 2017 - At 1862 by the glass. Earthy red berry nose. The palate is tart with grippy tannins, red raspberries, tar, black pepper, with an acid finish (ok it tastes way better than it sounds). Well balanced, but very young. Still, it paired well with ricotta stuffed pasta and black truffles.
