Friday, September 15, 2017 - 80% Godello, 15% Albarino, 5% Dona Blanca. Low intervention, partly very old vines, no stainless steel, biodynamic approach. Medium plus body. Expressive on nose and palate, aromatic, broad, spicy. Grippy dry acidity. Very long, great balance, bittersweet touch. Needs air and be served at one-two degrees more than usual white.
