Saturday, September 16, 2017 - Auburn, opaque, almost cloudy appearance. Aroma of anise, pepper. Taste is almost tart, crisp and smooth. Long, cinnamon and dry tail. Enjoyed it a great deal. Only criticism is a moderately flat body and low fruit.
