Saturday, September 16, 2017 - Left sealed for two days after being opened and then finished. I am normally partial to Pinot driven bubbly, but this is good stuff, especially for the money. I still think this is mostly tart lemon, there is some Granny Smith Apple , vanilla and toast but it is subtle.
