Friday, October 13, 2017 - Ruby-garnet, mostly opaque. Moderately pronounced aroma of black cherries, some acetic notes, also charred oak. Full-bodied, concentrated flavors. Some tannins but soft. However, very hot and mouth-searing, presumably from alcohol, carrying through to a too hot finish. Maybe it will soften with a bit more time.
