Sunday, October 15, 2017 - Baked peach, ripe pineapple, stewed apricot, ripe cantaloupe, yellow apple, wet hay, wet forest floor, lemongrass, wet rye bread, mineral water, light botrytis. Med+ alcohol with some phenolic bitters. Needs at least 3 more years to fully develop. I couldn't keep my hands off!
