Tuesday, October 17, 2017 - Nose of cactus, lemongrass, and lemon peel. Light-to-medium-bodied palate, with effervescent acidity, chalky minerality, and a touch of sweetness. Grassy flavour: asparagus, lemongrass, club soda. Not particularly varietal (actually, it tastes more like Sauvignon Blanc), but a nice, well-balanced wine that went well with my dinner (mild Thai curry).
