Saturday, October 28, 2017 - I'm going to call this a flawed bottle, as it showed a little bit of oxidation and surprisingly little sweetness given the very powerful acidity. Think it might have gotten a little cooked somewhere along the way. Still an ok drink if you don't mind more of a Vin Santo kind of thing.
