It drank quite well, with notes of blackberry, currant and cherry (but no chocolate this time). It was a good pairing with our DeGiornio supreme pizza, with pork sausage, fennel and herbs added. Not as good with our chicken pot pie.

We paid $24 plus shipping. Good value at that price. (Winery retail is $55)
