Sunday, December 3, 2017 - Very interesting. The oldest sparkling wine we've had to date. More of an amber color in the glass, powerful somewhat funky nose. Nutty, caramel, a little funk but still some citrus lurking underneath. Not many bubbles after it hits your glass but still a lot of mouth watering acidity too it. Not sure I loved every aspect of it but super interesting for sure.
