Saturday, December 9, 2017 - We first tasted this wine at the vineyard in August 2015. I don't drink much rose, so certainly I do not consider myself an expert, but this wine was different and special; I just didn't know what type of food to pair it with. It had a lovely floral nose with a little sweetness to it and a mouth filling taste of light fruits, white peach, maybe a hint of vanilla, or perhaps more exotic fruits. We bought some and decided to try it with Thai food.
