Friday, April 11, 2008 - I decanted this wine about 5 1/2 hours. The nose had a lot sweet raspberry and cherry, a spicy middle, and a hint of oak at the end. The palate was smooth with nice tartness, and had cherry cola, spice, and some vanilla on the finish.
