burr Does not like this wine:

Friday, January 26, 2018 - Right after I opened it, it gave a lovely bouquet and a palate of bright red fruit... but within minutes the freshness disappeared, leaving a dark, figgy, lifeless wine. Some pleasant tannins on the palate, but otherwise poor. It's not flawed, just ... not good. I think I'm going to make a sauce out of it.
