Sunday, January 28, 2018 - So I have had quite a bit of this as my everyday Spanish red and I am a fan of Eric Solomon. Deep red fruits in color and in taste. A bit of cherry there but certainly Old Word style; pencil shavings. Tannins still pretty prominent and this is a better second day wine. Needs food for sure, not what I would call light. Excellent value. I am neutral because I am not high on the grape at 100%. Well made.
