Wednesday, February 7, 2018 - Thank goodness this bottle was where it should be...I was worried after two bad bottles in a row. Very delicate, high acid, good weight, less showy than upon release (the rhone varietals are toned down in the mix with chardonnay still showing.) I may sit on my remaining bottle to see what it turns into but otherwise there is no need to wait any longer. Could sub for Chablis for food pairings.
