Thursday, February 8, 2018 - A delicious crackling Sancerre with a shy nose of dry grass, white pepper, and perfumed quince. Electric focus on the palate with excellent mid-palate weight, nice dose of fruit at the back moving into a long fruit-driven acid finish. Balanced like a spear; clears the cobwebs of the mind. 50 + 16 + 18 + 9 = 93.
