Thursday, February 8, 2018 - Very often it happens on Thursday (Restaurante Cuenllas - Madrid): Poured in Zalto Burgundian glasses. A masculine wine, earthy with memories of red meat and iron ore. Everything corresponds to what Grenache usually provides but still treasures such power that knowing its origin makes us all think of the Australian grape par excellence. Sapid and huge in the mouth. Indestructible but with elegance. Iron fist in velvet glove. This bottle was many years ahead.

Vertido en copas Zalto. Un vino masculino, terroso con recuerdos a carne roja y a mineral de hierro. Todo corresponde a lo que suele proporcionar la garnacha pero atesora todavía tal potencia que al conocer su origen nos hace pensar a todos en la uva australiana por antonomasia. Sápida y enorme en boca. Indestructible pero con elegancia. Puño de hierro en guante de seda. Esta botella tenía muchos años por delante.
