Saturday, February 17, 2018 - Lovely mid gold with aromas of white peach and citrus. A slightly salty attack on the palate with high acidity and flavours of lemon & lime, grapefruit, white peach and apricot with a medium finish. Lovely aperitif or with simple white fish or shellfish or maybe a nice lemon and herb roasted chicken.
