Tuesday, February 27, 2018 - This is a very complex wine. Not sure I can identify the tastes coming at me fast. I find warm black raspberries and a smoky nutty middle with herbs on the finish. Not really sweet but definitely like an exotic dessert. No telling what it will do over the next five years. I double aerated and it was ready to drink on night one but might have improved on night two.
