Saturday, March 3, 2018 - I guess I was unprepared for how the flavour profile of this wine would change with cellaring. Instead of the big jammy flavours I've come to expect of the grape variety, it was replaced by a much more subtle wine with a very smooth finish, with just a hint of it's plum pudding past.
