Saturday, March 10, 2018 - Case of 12 consumed over 24 months. Now fully mature.

Nose of bruised apple, citrus fruits and a hint of hazelnut. Apples with a creamy, buttery edge on the palate. Quite weighty for a villages with an attractive phenolic edge (probably quite thick skins in this vintage). Good length with a cleansing acidic cut. Very good villages. Would now drink up reasonably soon.
