Saturday, March 10, 2018 - Deep straw color. Pineapple, apple, pear, quince, peach in the complex aroma and flavour. Medium-plus body. Crispy effervescent acidity troughout palate. Perfect balance with ripe fruitiness balancing the acidity in a otherwise relative dry wine. Long 30sek+ finish taking you through beforementioned aromas.
