Saturday, March 31, 2018 - Opaque viscous and syrupy. Sublime. Muted plum and dark cherries. Briar. Med pmus acid with firever finish. Drink window does no justice, still drinking well. Violets. Exceptional.
With baby lamb chops on the grill roadted carrots.
