Wednesday, April 4, 2018 - With: weekday chicken and Chanterelle mushrooms in Chardonnay/shallot sauce.
Look: deep yellow.
Sniff: peach and pineapple.
Taste: dry, medium body, touch of apple and pare, good acid balance, touch of oak. Nice drinking wine, but the oak starts dominating after a while - loosing some of the balance.
