Sunday, April 15, 2018 - Bought this in Macau and brought this to a lunch at Tung Lok Signatures (Orchard Parade Hotel) to celebrate a birthday.

Pale yellow in color with a very balanced profile; the body lends some weight to the structure, preventing the wine from going too lean or flabby, and the notes of stone fruits, passion fruits and white flowers make this an interesting wine to share and a compatible wine to pair with steamed and grilled dishes.
