Sunday, April 15, 2018 - Opened on my 40th at Prime & Provisions. This is an absolutely astounding wine. Lemon, vanilla, butterscotch, caramel and some floral notes leap from the glass. The wine is thick, unctuous and massive but the acidity keeps it lively. Long, mouthcoating finish. I have sometimes appreciated Kongsgaard whites more than I enjoyed them, but this was utterly profound. Possibly the best white wine I’ve ever tasted. 99-100.
