Saturday, May 10, 2008 - Light pink orange color. Fairly tight nose after five hours. Simple tart cherry beginning, some spice cola, nice lemon acid finish. A little hot.
Day after update: tasted a little bit left in the fridge overnight. Pleasantly surprised to taste some evolution - rolling more complex mid-palette, more earthy and subtle spice than the day before.
I will give the next bottles a good six hour decant.
