Thursday, April 26, 2018 - PNP into normal tasting glass (“Fruit” day): Medium lemon to the eyes.

Nose full of fresh citrus and stone fruits, smoke, flinty and savoury. Very slight petrol notes.

There’s a great delineated acidity and the finish is clean and crisp. Good concentration. Slightly towards powerful and some spices towards the finish.
