Saturday, May 5, 2018 - 5/18: Hard to fault this, everything's here. Yeast, acidity, minerality, oxidative notes, finesse, depth. And seamless it's hard to tell where one starts and ends. Maybe could use more flesh and punch but as a NV Blanc de Blancs you'd be hard pressed to find a better bottle for 40 dollars. 91-92

2/19: beautiful acidity. Almost weightless but so complete and confidant. Exemplary Champagne. 91-92
