Saturday, May 5, 2018 - 10 years after Riesling tasting - 2008 (@home): Glass: Zalto Universal
Popped and poured.
Clear, medium amber color. Clean, medum+ intense, fully developed nose of ripe exotic fruit, some smokiness.
Off dry, racy acidity. 7,5% abv. Lots of garden herbs, tangerine, crushed stones. Long and lingering finish. Great tension and finesse, appears pretty young. Lots of potential. Nice finish of the tasting! 93+
