Saturday, May 12, 2018 - Bottle Share Lunch (Alimentari Cucina e Bar): Light yellow in the glass with glints of green. Fragrant nose of lemon custard, lime zest, lemongrass, and honeysuckle. The fruit character leans more to the tropical on the palate. A bit of Sémillon adds body but still crisp and refreshing with good acidity. Aged 1/3 in new French oak, 1/3 in neutral oak, and 1/3 in stainless steel. Very nice offering from Jonata’s second label.
