Saturday, June 9, 2018 - Cork crumbled, so decanted through strainer and 30 minutes before drinking. A bit longer decant might have better since the last glass was the best. Complex nose of red and more black fruit. Still a little restrained. Wonderful balance in the mouth, with that Bordeaux-like combination of power and elegance that marks Togni.

Ready to drink, but more positive evolution ahead and another decade or so before decline. Excellent.
