Friday, June 22, 2018 - Drunk over three nights. Light golden green. Fine red apple, lemon & lime, white flowers. Beautiful delicacy. Lovely mouthwatering acidity. Good length. Clean as mountain water. maybe became more pure and elegant each evening. Lovely stuff and still very fresh and alive.
