Saturday, June 30, 2018 - 90% pinot noir. Very beautiful pink to the colour. Lots of fine small bubbles. Light berries scent to the nose. Crisp berries with sugary flavour to the mouth. Would think this is overly light to my taste. Definitely does not have the pear taste and smoky scent compared to some "full-bodies" champagne. Nonetheless, this rosé has one of the best pink colour I've ever seen.
