Sunday, July 1, 2018 - Inaugural vintage of this amazing wine. Tons of notes - lemon, orchard fruits, apple peel, toast, carmel, flowers. Good acidity and energy. A really well balanced wine that feels in the plateau but no rush to drink at all. Would love to try this again in 10 years - my guess is it will have moved very little. A wine for the ages.
