Thursday, July 5, 2018 - Good fruit and acidity. Nice mousse still. A little sulfer in the aftertaste sometimes. It doesn't have a long and lingering aftertaste. Crisp, fruity and fresh is the impression. When you have the name of Billecart Salmon you should be able to do better and a otherwise good year.
