Wednesday, June 27, 2018 - Domaine Roumier Cellar Visit and Tasting (Day 4, Visit 2) (Chambolle-Musigny): Barrel tasting at the domaine. ML just 25% complete. Black and red cherry and berry on nose and palate, plus some black plum aromas. Dense and mouthcoating. So complete that I couldn't believe ML was just 1/4 done. Great length, almost weightless already, which is head-scratching given how concentrated this seems with so much dry extract. A wow wine in the making.
