Sunday, July 15, 2018 - Another of wifey’s seafood risottos and our last bottle of a half case and yet again a lovely combination. There is still just a hint of citrus minerality although as the colour suggests this wine is beginning to put on old age weight. My advice would be to drink soon, it would be a pity to miss this particular boat.
