Saturday, August 4, 2018 - 13.5% alcohol, Grand Vin de Bourgogne; Imported by Frederick Wildman & Sons Ltd., New York City; plastic or composition cork, medium-weight foil; medium yellow, fast legs; nose of citrus, apples, apple peels, plums; fruit forward but only moderately so; tasted at ca 10 degrees C; a nicely balanced wine -- tannins/fruit; nothing unpleasant minerally in the background (as was the case in the wine I just tasted just previously, a 2014 Trimbach Pinot Gris, which the other raters on Cellar Tracker placed in the upper 80s or above); the 2015 Pouilly-Fuissé Marie Antoinette is an outstanding white Burgundy wine; tasting it, I was thinking of fried chicken and then of Chilean sea bass; pleasant finish, keeps well in fridge
