Monday, August 6, 2018 - Medium light gold colour, not too deep for champagne of this age. Bubbles still active. Rich brioche with some slight yellow fruit flavour. Still quite energetic and on the young side. Quite a bit of sweetness - because of dosage or from aging. Good balance stuff but finish is medium only without much flair. Aging well but not something very exciting. 15.5/20
