Wednesday, August 22, 2018 - This wine is building in its intensity, no longer on the thin side. I guess that's what 6 years of age does. That said, it still barely held up to Scott's grilled chicken thighs (bone in) that had been marinated in a complicated marinade that is somewhat Oriental in flavor. Still, it worked out well with the chicken. And with roasted corn on the cob. It's a 2012 and it is a good representation of that great vintage.
