Thursday, June 5, 2008 - Decanted this wine for two hours before dinner. Put the wine back into the bottle and took it to the country club for dinner. Over a nice 1 1/2 hour dinner the wine further evolved into a very nice Pinot Noir. Nice fruit, berries, was a little tight with first glass and went to a nice smooth wine that was appreciated and enjoyed. Next bottle I might decant for 3-4 hours and see what happens.
